Return Conditions
-Items must be unused and in original condition
-Items must not be damaged by the customer
-Original packaging should be included when possible
-Return form must be included
-Return must be shipped within 14 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Important Information
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
-Weathered graded pieces cannot be returned
-We strongly recommend using tracked shipping
-Fenvier is not responsible for lost return shipments
-Returns sent without a return form may not be processed
-Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us before returning your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item.

Refund Process
Once your return arrives please allow 1-3 business days for inspection and processing. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear.
