Refund Policy

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.

01 Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons. The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the day:

-on which you or a nominated third party took possession of the product, for a single product order delivered uniformly

-on which you took possession of the last product, for multiple products within one order delivered separately

-on which you took possession of the last part delivery or unit, for a product delivered in several parts

-on which you took possession of the first product, for regular deliveries over a specific period

How to Exercise

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can also electronically fill out and send the specimen revocation form or another clear declaration on our website. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt. It is sufficient that you send the notification before the expiry of the revocation period.

02 Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from a non-standard delivery method chosen by you), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received your revocation notification. We use the same means of payment you originally used. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the products to us at the latest within 14 days from the day you inform us of the revocation. You bear the direct costs for returning the products. You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this is attributable to handling beyond what is necessary for checking condition, features and functionality.

03 Exclusions & Expiry

The revocation right does not apply to

-Products not prefabricated and made to individual specification or clearly tailored to personal requirements

-Products that can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly

-Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at contract conclusion but can only be delivered 30 days later

-Newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts)

The revocation right expires prematurely for

-Sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery

-Products mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery

-Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery
