How do I place an order?

Simply select your item, choose your size and click Add to Cart. All pieces are one-of-a-kind - once it's gone, it's gone. We recommend acting fast on pieces you love.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters processing and can no longer be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

What does the condition grading mean?

Every piece is individually inspected and graded in-house. We use four grades: Flawless, Curated, Aged and Weathered. See our full Condition Guide for details.

Are all items authentic?

Yes. Every piece is individually authenticated by our team before listing. We do not sell replicas or unauthorized items. All products come with a certified authenticity guarantee.

How do I find my size?

Each product listing includes exact measurements - length, chest and sleeve where applicable. Vintage sizing can run small or large. Always refer to the measurements listed rather than the tagged size.

Do you restock sold-out items?

No. All our pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage and archive finds. Once sold, an item is gone for good. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on new drops.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days, international orders within 7-14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and unaltered. Items graded Weathered are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Fill out our Return Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and credited back to your original payment method.
